POSITION OVERVIEW:
Supports the Head of Risk & ESG in developing and delivering CSRD reporting for Alter Domus (AD). Provides insight and expertise for the internally focused ESG strategy for AD.
Leads the development and maintenance of commercially focused and business appropriate best practice ESG Management Frameworks. Supports the business engagement on ESG related matters through value-add, precise, relevant, and concise risk oversight as a strategic partner at the decision table.
YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the development, maintaining and implementing the ESG and Policies for Alter Domus (including Corporate Social Responsibility Framework & Policy).
- Responsible for the development of CSRD and regulatory reporting for Alter Domus.
- Responsible for the coordination of a complex construct of workstreams for CSRD reporting across the organization.
- Develop and put in place value-add management information for ESG.
- Provide advisory and assurance to management on ESG items.
- Partner with third party providers on data trends and consumption reporting to support achievement of any ESG targets and commitments.
- Drive education and training to support related ESG and risk policies and frameworks.
- Complete data analytics and reporting requirements quarterly and annually.
YOUR PROFILE:
- 5 to 8 years related experience in Risk and Audit/Assurance within Finance, Accounting and Disclosure.
- Deep understanding and experience of SBTi, ESG frameworks (such as CSRD, GHG, EU Taxonomy) in Financial Services with a strong understanding of the regulatory and reporting requirements.
- Knowledge of the market trends on ESG and networks to remain up to date.
- Ability to effectively interact across all levels within the organization and build collaborative partnerships.
- Effective writing skills.
- Prior experience in data analytics and project management.
- Understanding of SAP and reporting helpful.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).

Monthly base salary for this position is from 4000 EUR to 5000 EUR gross. Final offer will be determined based on your competences, qualifications and professional experiences.
