YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To delegate the work assignment, completion, quality, and quantity for payments team;
- Model client focused, professional, accountable behavior;
- Responsible for recruiting, training, coaching team;
- Creating, maintaining and adherence to policies, processes, workflows;
- Responsible for adherence to effective risk management program,policies and adherence to procedure governing the process of establishing and releasing Payments;
- Perform complex research and investigations as it pertains to all payment processing and bank protocols;
- Lead and manage initiatives and projects;
- Use Effective listening skills and professional verbal and written communication to liaise with internal teams, resolve escalations and build relationships with responsive, confident communications and attention to detail;
- Implement best practices for processes, technology use, risk, and industry standards;
- Maintain subject matter expertise on systems, procedures and industry best practices and drive associated procedures and training of team and other internal teams;
- Support Head of Operations, Client Administration, Legal/Compliance, Quality Assurance, Business Unit Heads as needed as is related to managing overall banking relationships, accounts, money movement.
YOUR PROFILE:
- 5+ years of work experience performing payment processing / treasury management preferably in a financial services, high volume, and deadline-driven environment;
- Swift Knowledge essential;
- 2+ years of team management experience;
- Bachelor’s degree in business or similar area;
- Internal or external customer service experience and proven ability to collaborate in a professional manner using strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Direct experience of payment processing related regulations and fraud prevention knowledge;
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment;
- Experience in recruiting, training, coaching and supervising work;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment;
- Responsive, friendly, professional, proactive communication approach;
- Experience tracking and analyzing metrics around performance and risk and presenting this information in written or verbal format to senior management.
Monthly salary gross: from 3907 Eur
