VOS RESPONSABILITES:
- Management d’une équipe d’une dizaine de personnes sur des dossiers d’Expertise Comptable de clients internationaux
- Supervision de missions de révision (travaux de comptabilité, reportings mensuels, trimestriels et annuels) et d’établissement des comptes annuels,
- Supervision des déclarations fiscales diverses (liasses fiscales, TVA, CVAE,…) et contacts avec les autorités fiscales si nécessaire
- Supervision de l’assistance aux commissaires aux comptes lors de leurs travaux d’audit légal des sociétés clientes,
- Supervision des missions d’assistance juridique (création de société, AG…),
- Participation à l’amélioration et standardisation des process avec pour objectifs de garantir la qualité des livrables, le respect des dates de livraison et la rentabilité des dossiers
- Support au développement commercial (participation aux réunions avec des prospects et établissement des propositions tarifaires)
- Facturation de clients et suivi de la rentabilité
VOTRE PROFIL:
- Vous êtes titulaire du DEC ou équivalent,
- Vous disposez d’une expérience de Management sur des dossiers d’Expertise comptable d’au moins 5 ans,
- La connaissance de la comptabilité Real Estate et/ou de la comptabilité de Fonds sera considérée comme un plus,
- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Word, la maîtrise de Sage Coala est un plus),
- Vous disposez de bonnes qualités de communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais (la connaissance de l’allemand sera considéré comme un atout),
- Vous êtes organisé, rigoureux, curieux, avez le sens de l’anticipation, l'esprit d'équipe et la capacité à construire des relations fortes avec les clients.
