Alter Domus is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our global IT team, with a focus on the API and Data Platform team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions related to API development and data management. You will collaborate with product teams, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that support our API and data platform needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the API and Data Platform team to design and develop software solutions for API development and data management.
• Work closely with product teams, architects, and other stakeholders to understand and translate software requirements into effective solutions.
• Implement best practices and coding standards to ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and contributing to the team's continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and technologies, ensuring the team is up-to-date with the latest tools and practices.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5-7 years of work experience.
• Proven experience as a software engineer with expertise in software development, particularly in the context of API development and data platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies for API development and data management (list specific technologies if applicable).
• Familiarity with software development best practices and coding standards.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Ability to track and report on multiple priorities in a fast changing environment.
