We are seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner (“HRBP”) to join our Human Resources Team in our Spain or Lithuania offices.
Reporting to the Head of HR EMEA & APAC, the HRBP will work closely with leadership to provide added Human Resources support to European leadership and several European offices.
YOUR ROLE:
- As an HRBP, you will support our Country Executives, Business Leaders, line managers, and key stakeholders to continue building and shaping our organization as we grow and expand.
- You will have the opportunity to work closely with our diverse teams, in a global environment, to help implementing effective Human Resources strategies aligned with Alter Domus business’ strategy.
YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide HR consultation, expertise and guidance on recruitment, performance management, retention, succession, career development, employment legislation, culture and change management, coaching, organization design, employee engagement
- Help business area to deliver its strategy
- Meet key business and Team Leaders to discuss employees’ challenges
- Manage and resolve employee relation issues through thorough investigations
- Provide HR policy guidance, interpretation and ensure compliance
- Drive annual performance management process
- Influence and build strong relationship with HR specialist functions (C&B, Learning& Development, Talent Acquisition, Communication, HRSS...) to roll out HR programs and solutions
- Lead and contribute on various HR projects (e.g.: employee engagement) with internal key stakeholders
- Act as a key member of the EMEA HR team
YOUR PROFILE
- You have minimum 5+ years’ experience in HRBP roles
- You have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- You have good communication, organizational skills, and strong team spirit
- You thrive for Diversity and Inclusion in a workplace
- You have strong business acumen, high integrity, and work ethics
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You have good knowledge of labour law and eager to learn
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint…)
- You are fluent in French and English, any other language will be an advantage
- Experience in SuccessFactors will be a plus
