We are currently presenting an exciting opportunity for a Transfer Pricing Manager to join our growing transfer pricing practice which operates within the wider Alter Domus business. The transfer pricing team works on client engagements across key European jurisdictions with clients located across multiple European countries and a team resourced with members in Luxembourg, UK, Spain, Italy and Malta.
The role will report into the managers of the Transfer Pricing team and will assist in the delivery and management of the Transfer Pricing team’s projects. In addition to strong technical capabilities, the candidate must demonstrate proven project execution skills across multi-jurisdictional teams.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage relations with key clients and law firms
- Delivering Transfer Pricing reports by working with the wider team
- Keeping relevant contacts with clients, lawyers and local practitioners
- Analysis and valuation of companies’ transactions and assets through functional analyses
- Searching in the benchmark database to analyse the fair market values
- Identify and anticipate possible problem areas, ability to accurately measure and manage potential risks
- Contribute to the development of the business as well as the Transfer Pricing team
- Liaise across the Alter Domus group.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have a minimum of 4 years of relevant Transfer Pricing Experience;
- You hold a Bachelor or a Master degree in Economics/Business Economics/Finance/Financial Analysis
- You are fluent in English
- You have strong analytical skills and a critical mind-set
- You think outside the box, you are pro-active and you never hesitate to share your opinion with others
- You are willing to be part of a fast growing international work atmosphere
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritise
- Team player, good coaching and planning skills.
