For our office in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an experienced internal control Senior Officer to join our ADAAFA Operational Risk and Control Team which reports to Conducting Officers. We offer a dynamic and international corporate atmosphere as well as the benefit of customized training adapted to your needs throughout your career.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

•    Control the ADAAFA processes to ensure a smooth operation of our activities on a monthly/yearly basis in the context of central administration and regulatory requirements.
•    Assist in the administrative tasks related to the above controls and keep track of risk control activities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

•    Proceeding with monthly, quarterly, and yearly checks performed on our business units
•    Preparing control report for the result of performed checks
•    Reporting any operational risk issue identified through the above checks
•    Involving in processes scope review and implementation for existing and/or new control models 
•    Assisting in follow up of yearly ISAE3402 audit with Business Unit
•    Reporting any issues and control weakness identified through ISAE3402 audit
•    Participating in preparation of training materials for related operation processes and procedures
•    Contributing to yearly review of policy and procedures in line with regulatory requirement
•    Supporting ah hoc activities where needed

YOUR PROFILE

What we’ll look for on your CV:

•    You hold an academic degree, preferably in Accounting & Finance or Economics
•    You have at least 4 to 6 years of experience in the fund industry in Luxembourg
•    You are fluent in English (knowledge of French or any other language will be considered as an asset)
•    You have knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law
•    You have a good knowledge of financial markets, funds industry, internal control environment
•    You are comfortable with MS Office suite, particularly with MS excel
