YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

•    Timely review of the ADAAFA Due Diligence Handbook
•    Gather additional information from relevant internal parties (IT, HR, BCP, etc..) to facilitate input of due diligence responses in the tool
•    Keep track of accesses granted and maintain the documents library in the Due Diligence tool
•    Monitor and respond to incoming emails and queries on due diligence topics
•    Quality review of final Due Diligence Questionnaires completed by Operational teams
•    Participate in due diligence on-site visit on behalf of ADAAFA where needed
•    Collaborate with other colleagues to identify possible enhancements to the data base software and the due diligence process  
•    Escalate all risks/issues identified during the due diligence process
•    Ability to communicate effectively to a diverse audience at multiple levels within the company
•    Participate in others ad hoc project

YOUR PROFILE


What we’ll look for on your CV:

•    You hold an academic degree, preferably in Accounting & Finance or Economics
•    You have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in the fund industry in Luxembourg
•    You are fluent in English (knowledge of French or any other language will be considered as an asset)
•    You have knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law
•    You have a good knowledge of financial markets, funds industry and oversight duties
•    You are comfortable with MS Office suite, particularly with MS excel
