Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior IAM Analyst with a strong background in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / IdentityNow (IDN) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) using CyberArk. 
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and 1 year in Privileged Access Management (PAM) who will play a critical role in enhancing our IAM capabilities, ensuring compliance, 
and improving security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint ISC/IDN and CyberArk PAM to meet business requirements and security standards.
Administer and maintain SailPoint applications and CyberArk solutions, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for IAM and PAM solutions.
Run audit reporting and certification campaigns of IAM and PAM processes and controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM and PAM systems and processes, providing timely support to end-users.
Develop and maintain documentation for IAM and PAM processes, policies, and procedures.
Contribute in audit exercise by gathering logs and documenting as per organization's JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) process  

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IAM, with a focus on SailPoint ISC/IDN development or administration and CyberArk PAM.
Strong understanding of IAM and PAM concepts, principles, and best practices.
Relevant SailPoint and CyberArk certifications are a plus.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to US and Europe is also a plus.
