For our office in Cork we are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our growing team. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering calls and replying to certain emails on the behalf of the company as well as undertaking other reception duties such as greeting guests.
  • Management of Petty Cash.
  • Post  management (receiving and sending).
  • Courier booking management- (sending and receiving).
  • Scheduling and organizing important activities such as meetings, travel, conferences and department activities for members of the wider team.
  • Help manage documents (service contracts, bills, employee documentation, etc.) and maintain office standards by tracking, ordering, restocking, and coordinating office supplies, equipment, and premises.
  • Assist in the inventory management of IT hardware.
  • Assist in fire alarm testing co-ordination.
  • Assist in access control card management.
  • Assist with the implementation and compliance of Health & Safety and security measures.
  • Identify opportunities for improving productivity and efficiency.
  • Participate in internal communication activities.

PROFILE

  • Higher education degree or relevant job experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken command of English language.
  • High level of IT literacy with strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Good communication skills, organized and flexible personality.
  • You possess team spirit with the ability to work independently using your own initiative when appropriate.
  • Ambitious with a high level of energy and commitment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet a range of deadlines.
