Our Guernsey Story
Alter Domus Guernsey first opened its doors in 2009, in the heart of St Peter Port. Since then, we have grown to more than 60 team members invested in the alternative, moving to a new modern workplace in 2022.
Working closely with colleagues in our UK and Jersey offices, our Guernsey team ensure we continue maximising opportunities for our clients. As part of an international network, our teams share knowledge, expertise and growth opportunities.
With a wealth of experience in alternative asset administration for private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and debt, our team currently administer more than 1,300 structures with assets in excess of $130bn.

The EXPERT program is designed to strengthen the technical expertise of our employees through a comprehensive learning journey. It includes a variety of specialized training programs delivered both internally and in collaboration with an external expert firm.
